Side sleepers at any body weight — 9 to 9.5 out of 10 across all three bands, which is exactly the job this model was designed for. Consider the limitations: You are a stomach sleeper over 230 lb — 6/10, the weakest cell. Helix points that sleeper at the Dawn or the Helix Plus instead.

Side sleepers of any weight — 9 to 9.5 out of 10 in every band, and the deeper memory foam is exactly what the Classic Hybrid’s lighter side sleepers were missing. Consider the limitations: You are upgrading for cooling. Temperature control measured 7/10 — identical to the Classic Hybrid — so the "2x cooling fibers" claim did not show up in the test result.

Side sleepers between roughly 130 and 230 lb who found the Core Midnight too thin in the hips — the reinforced coil zone and 4 lb memory-foam layer are the parts you are paying for. Consider the limitations: You sleep hot and were planning to buy the base build. Peak surface temperature measured 89.3 °F even with the optional GlacioTex cooling cover fitted; Helix’s answer is a $187–$374 add-on, which changes the price comparison against cooling-first rivals.
